There was one user who reviewed SoundDock 10 and exclaimed that it was one of his life’s little treasures!  He said that aside from its great quality sound, the unit was so slim but elegantly designed which filled his living room.  He added that with SoundDock 10 he experienced auditory blast and was visually pleased.  Other customers recounted that the system was great everywhere, in a small room, in a large living room, outdoors or in halls or just anywhere!  And can be perfect audio system for parties and gatherings. However, there were few users who let out negative reviews over the product.  They expressed dissatisfaction over the small unit which, according to them, was not worth their money.  They said it was too way expensive and the sound was not good.  Few users complained that SoundDock 10 was way behind from the other leading brands they have.  They pointed out that the sound it gave may be good but not as great as the B&W or Companion3.  There was even one user who was so disappointed with the product that he warned others not to buy it.  He had a bad experience with the SoundDock 10 as it did not function the moment he tried on it after its arrival.  He has no other recourse but to send it back to where it came from.
